Three Apps To Get You Fit This Summer!
With summer fast approaching, and I for one have definitely not achieved my body goals! We all have our own summer body goals, but often finding the motivation to actually achieve that lacks! That's why I'm here to talk about and review three different apps which I have been testing out for the past week! Moves The first and probably main app of them all is called Moves. This app I actually found one day while browsing through facebook and noticed that they had a little connect icon for Moves in their side menu. So what exactly is Moves? Well, Move is quite the generic free application for fitness, but it essentially works in the background to monitor your step count, the routes you've taken, active time, calories burnt, all of this in a simple to view and understand display.
