A Day In The Life Of RandomJosh

Hey there you guys! I wanted to bring you along through a typical day in my life. Often you do not get to see the ins and outs of what happens when I'm not on the camera or when I'm not writing a blog post, so I thought I'd make an attempt to journal down a typical day within my life.

7am, the time that my alarm deafens me. Now often I am too lazy to actually wake up so tend to nap again for a little bit. Once I eventually get out of bed, I will go downstairs to grab myself something to eat (usually two cereal bars) and my morning tablets (Multivitamin, Acne tablet, hay fever tablet & Vitamin B6), which I will then take upstairs with me. I will either scroll through my social media or have a little reading session (Currently I am reading The Death Cure) whilst I am eating my breakfast.

Around 8:30 I will run to the tram stop around the corner and get the tram into work. I work in QA for a telephony company from 9-5:30. I usually tend to try and go out around lunchtime for a walk or just to stretch my legs. Once 5:30 comes its back home to usually do some of my lovely coursework or to film/edit a YouTube video.

I tend to catch up with my YouTube subscriptions or EastEnders when I first get home to help me relax and have me time.

I usually have to walk the dog once I have eaten dinner, he is a boxer dog and his name is Frankie! (for those of you wondering) I will then, if I get time, continue to edit my video or plan out some other videos for the future and then get myself ready for bed.

I usually tend to get to sleep around 12ish, sometimes later depending on my workload.

My weekends are usually even less productive, involving me waking up between 9 and 11, to go down and make myself some breakfast, which is usually something egg based, either an omelette or french toast.

If my family hasn't planned anything for me then I will tend to stay in bed for as long as possible and watch a film. I will also try and do some of my coursework throughout the day, if there is any to get done, if not then I will focus my time on my YouTube videos or blog posts like this.

I often try to get out of the house at some point during the day though as I am aiming to improve my healthiness and walk a lot more, so as an aim to do so, I may go on a short shopping trip into Croydon or just take a stroll around my area. This not only increases my step count for my apps (read more on them here: http://randomjoshyt.blogspot.co.uk/2017/05/thee-apps-to-get-you-fit-this-summer.html) but also allows me to take a short break away from whatever work it is I am doing and therefore helps me come back more focused and ready to work.

I will relax for the rest of the day after dinner, by as usual walking the dog and then catching up on any programs that I want to watch or my YouTube Subscriptions.
